A licensed barber since 2005, Cecilia Gracia’s work behind the chair is rooted in consistency and skill, bringing a steady confidence to everything she does. In 2016, she co-founded a barbershop in Houston, creating an inviting space alongside a strong team where client relationships are nurtured and valued.

After purchasing an intro kit, Cecilia began using and retailing Johnny B. products in the shop, but it was a brand-sponsored class that inspired her to become an educator in 2017. It wasn’t long before she discovered a close-knit community of her peers who shared the same people-first approach to business with a passion for uplifting other professionals. She focuses on strong foundations as the key to understanding modern styles, helping barbers recognize trends as evolved versions of classic techniques. Whether she’s breaking down a clean taper, exploring burst fades, or mentoring students, her approach is honest, approachable, and rooted in growth.

Throughout her career, Cecilia has learned that observing and building relationships are just as important as the techniques she executes.
