How do I join the rewards program?
Membership is automatic! Simply place your first order to start earning points.
Alternatively, you can also click on the “Rewards” icon on the bottom right corner of your screen. Click the Join Now button and you’re all set. This program will be available for retail customers only.
How do I check how many points I have?
You can check your points balance by clicking the “Rewards” icon on the bottom right corner of the screen. From there you can view your points balance, as well as all the ways you can earn and spend points.
Do my points expire?
No, your points do not expire. Redeem them whenever you want!
However, once you redeem your points for a coupon code, it will expire in 6 months from the redemption date.
Can I earn points on my previous orders?
No, any orders you’ve previously made prior to signing up for a Rewards account will not be eligible for points.
I had a reward redeemed but I can't find it / it's not in my reward widget.
On January 15, 2026, we switched our online website to Shopify. During the transfer, any rewards you redeemed on our old website will not work. But rest assured, we refunded your points back to your account! Simply login with the same email as your previous account to view your points.
