The first step to becoming a Johnny B. Educator is to register for the Grand Prix. Offered multiple times a year, Grand Prix is the ultimate immersion into the Johnny B. World. You must be a licensed barber or cosmetologist who is familiar with men’s cuts to attend, and you must be familiar with our brand.
The second step is to attend Barber Academy, offered once a year. As your skills develop, your work is evaluated, and you are given the opportunity to move up within our team!
